RE40 is a 40A Shore hardness silicone-like elastomer that delivers a soft, comfortable skin feel, along with skin safety and low odor. It features excellent extensibility, good resilience and fine detail printability for elastomeric parts making it ideal for applications that demand a soft, comfortable touch—such as hearing aids/custom in-ear headphone shells, robot skin, and lattice padding. Suitable for medical, automotive, and consumer electronics industries, it is well suited for functional prototypes or small-batch production parts.
