  • Reliability: Equipped with a draining module (≥90% resin utilization) and paired with low-viscosity resin - Model M UV Pink 2.1. 4. All-in-One Thermoforming & Trimming: Closed-Loop Robotic Automation

We bridge the physical model with digital toolpaths using a closed-loop data verification system, completely eliminating manual file searching and serial number verification. The entire process - from feeding to trimming - is orchestrated by high-precision robotics and real-time cloud synchronization.
The Closed-Loop Execution:
  • Cloud Pre-Sync (Data Preparation): During pre-processing, the system generates a unique OCR digital code and the corresponding PTS toolpath for each model. These files are pre-synchronized to the local trimming machine, ensuring the data is ready and waiting before production begins.
  • Automated Feeding (Model Loading): The 6-axis robot initiates the cycle by precisely gripping the printed models from the tray and loading them into the automated thermoforming unit. This ensures consistent positioning for the forming stage.
  • Automated Thermoforming: Inside the unit, precise heat and pressure are applied to form the aligners with consistent, clinical-grade fidelity.
  • Vision Recognition & Physical Marking: Immediately after forming, the built-in vision module scans the laser-marked code in real-time. Upon reading the code, the system instantly retrieves the exact matching PTS toolpath file from the cloud based on that serial number.
  • Automated Trimming (Laser/CNC): Guided by the retrieved data, the 6-axis robot (positioning accuracy 0.02 mm) executes precise trimming (Laser/CNC). The process concludes here with a perfectly cut aligner, completing the loop with minimal human intervention.
