e.Digital model of the patient’s mouth and the patient’s name you provide when using our dental services;

1.2The log information we will automatically collect about your login and use of the Service: IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics, user identifier, etc.

1.3Personal Information generated through the service or otherwise includes:

a.Transactional data, such as information relating to or needed to complete your orders on or through the Service, including order numbers and transaction history.

b.Product printing performance, including but not limited to, the number of prints you make, the amount of supplies you use, and the number of consumables in stock.

c.Software processing records and usage data, such as dental design service, scan-to-model, blueprint studio, etc.

We collect personal information of you from third parties including our related companies, our business partners (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram). Exactly what information we receive will depend on your privacy settings with the applicable platform, but would typically include basic public profile information such as: Website speed, Conversions by device, regions, Conversions by the browser, etc.

You agree that HeyGears shall send the verification code(s) to the mobile number and email address provided by you. Please confirm that the information filled in is complete, true and accurate.
