HeyGears' booth at Formnext 2024

At Formnext 2024, HeyGears showcased a wide variety of its latest 3D printing hardware, materials, and solutions. Visitors to the booth could check out the Reflex Series devices including the UltraCraft Reflex, UltraCraft Reflex RS, UltraCraft Wash and Cure, and the Pulsing Release Module add-on. Alongside this hardware were a wide range of printed applications, across hearables, miniatures, creative works, and high-performance applications including elastic and heat-resistant 3D printed products. There was also a special exclusive sneak peek at the UltraCraft A2E, an in-development 3D printer for engineering applications with a taller build volume.

HeyGears' innovative digital dentistry solutions were also on show, with the UltraCraft A3D for automated mass production in labs and the newly revealed UltraCraft A2D HD for professional desktop dental production. HeyGears's self-developed resins and applications were on display along with compatible materials from key dental industry partners including Dentsply Sirona, Keystone, SAREMCO, DETAX, and Pac-Dent Rodin® dental resins.

There was a wide range of special displays onsite for a variety of solutions, including highly transparent figures and creative artworks, durable high-performance products, and elastic and flexible 3D prints, as well as a showcase for exciting in-development technologies such as Color DLP 3D printing and micro-scale 3D printing.

It was great to meet people from all across the additive manufacturing industry and discuss the possibilities of 3D printing in a wide range of scenarios. We are honored to be part of such a vibrant, innovative, and creative industry where ideas can take shape.
