Are custom models sent to HeyGears kept confidential?
We can sign a confidentiality agreement for sample models. Any models sent to us are deleted after the sample process is complete.Please email contact contact@heygears.com if you have this requirement.
How long does it take to receive the samples？
We will provide you with sample models after completing internal tests. This process will normally take less than 2 weeks. Please make sure to request customized sample models in advance.
