UltraCraft Reflex: Intelligent Printing Strategies at Your Fingertips!

The news is out! We’ve launched pre-orders for our newest 3D printing system, the UltraCraft Reflex. After years of experience implementing 3D printing technology and innovations across a variety of industries, we have launched our first 3D printer for consumers. The UltraCraft Reflex Combo is a desktop 3D printing system developed for professionals and creatives alike. Our all-in-one solution comprises the Reflex 3D printer, a wash unit, and a cure unit.

Central to UltraCraft Reflex’s production capabilities is its utilization of intelligent printing strategies. These strategies automatically set parameters based on the type of printing project and the materials used. By auto-adjusting these parameters, the print success rates and final quality of your print can be improved.

The first step in preparing the correct strategies for your print is through the pre-processing and print management system Blueprint Studio. Blueprint Studio is intuitive and easy to use; users can control every step of their 3D printing journey, from preparation to final curing. Blueprint Studio removes much of the guesswork and manual parameter inputs required for other 3D printers. A simple step-by-step process guides you throughout the entire pre-processing stage, which includes orientation and placement on the build platform, support structure adding, and model slicing. Blueprint Studio then creates automated presets for your print so you can get started printing quickly.

Blueprint Studio will also run a print analysis check to make sure your print can be successfully printed before starting. If it detects a problem, it will use model repair features to increase your print's success and reduce wasted efforts. The printing parameters such as exposure time, platform movement speed, and peeling force are continuously monitored and automatically adjust while printing based on the specific needs of the print job.

The Wash and Cure are dedicated post-processing units integrated with the UltraCraft Reflex. Each unit can be used with a one-touch setup thanks to the wash time and curing process parameters being predetermined based on the overall print strategy. Washing and curing your model is easy and straightforward. We try our best to implement automated and one-step processes into the entire production process so users experience the same quality results all the time.

In addition to the fully interconnected print strategies, the Reflex has several smart features to further minimize the work required while printing. These intelligent features track important properties such as room temperature, print chamber temperature, the release film's life span, the print peeling force, and resin levels. Each property is integrated into your printing process without you having to input a single preset and guides the automatic adjustments necessary to maximize your printing results.

The print tray is self-heating so that your resin stays at the ideal temperature even when printing in cold environments. Automatic resin refilling means you don’t have to worry about running out of resin mid-print, while real-time notifications keep you informed and up to date with your entire printing progress.
